Title: Quantity Surveyor/Estimator
Location: Glasgow
Salary: >GBP40,000 DOE
Due to continued success a position has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator to join our client Skyform Specialist Contracts Ltd, a principle contractor specialising in structural repair, refurbishment and roofing of commercial and residential properties across Scotland. Joining a reputable team, this long established company offers a great opportunity and will be ideal for someone who thrives on a busy work schedule and advancing their skills.
Working closely with the Commercial Director and Senior Quantity Surveyor, this role will allow you to utilise your experience across a variety of projects. You will be responsible for preparation of tenders with assistance from the pre-construction team, carrying out a site inspection and prepare a reports, liaising with the supply chain and reviewing quotations received, preparing priced document/bill of quantities, attending both internal and external tender review meetings, updating and maintaining tender registers with projects won/ lost and providing general assistance as needed.
