Salary: £18,817 - £19,755 per annum
Location: Taunton Campus, TA1 5AX

The Information Assistant post forms part of the admissions team providing information and advice to potential and current students, working with all areas of the College to support course enquiries.
This role will form the first point of contact for the majority of admissions and enrolment enquiries coming into the college and forms a crucial part of the student journey here at BTC. A calm, friendly and professional manner is essential, and the successful candidate will be expected to develop of breadth of knowledge of the college’s provision, processes.
