Fantastic opportunity for two Senior Quantity Surveyors to join my client, an award-winning construction and engineering business.
Salary: GBP55 to 75k (DOE) plus a generous benefits package including a car allowance (5-6k) health insurance, pension (6-7%) and more.
Working on variety of projects with the Energy, transport, life sciences, health, commerical sectors and more.
This is Hybrid model of working. Plus, on occasions you will be required to travel to sites across the UK.
Minimum pre-requite(s): -
HND or BSc Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management or similar.
Minimum of five years' experience ideally in construction and ideally M&E/HVAC
Experienced working for a Contractor or Sub-Contractor company.
Working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT forms of contracts.
Multi-site experience.
Experienced in holding responsibility for a project including all internal / external reporting.
Travel to and be a part of site teams.
Full UK driving licence.
Highly Desirable (but not essential)
Experience in the M&E market
Membership of or working towards RICS, CIOB, ICES or CIArb
