An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join an established manufacturing client based in Derby.

Reporting to the Spares Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for day-to-day customer sales enquiries plus preparing suitable quotations and processing customer orders.

Main Responsibilities

Process orders and enquiries.

Provide accurate technical advice.

Assist with processing of warranty claims.

Carry out the day-to-day administration of all sales enquiries and processing sales orders.

Key Skills

Customer focused and positive approach to work.

Able to prioritise effectively.

Ability to work under pressure.

Good communication skills both verbally and written.

Experience in a previous internal sales Administration role.

Experience in a customer facing role, and a great telephone manner.

Ability to use Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word & PowerPoint.

Intermediate level in Excel, conversant with V Look Up/Pivot Tables.

A background in manufacturing or shipping would be an advantage
