Salary: £22,105 - £23,576 per annum (Scale 5)

Location: Bridgwater Campus, TA6 4PZ

To work as part of the HR team at Bridgwater & Taunton College supporting our 1300+ employees. We aim to provide an innovative, pro-active and quality HR service across a diverse range of provision to multi-campuses ensuring that the College supports its staff to deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment.

You will undertake a generalist HR Officer role, providing HR advice to senior and middle managers, supervisory staff and staff in the areas of employee resourcing, employee relations, reward and recognition and management information.
