We are looking for a Sales Support Manager to join the Lookers Leasing team in Harrogate.

The Sales Support Manager will manage and deliver a professional, effective and efficient sales support service to Lookers Leasing customers and prospects. They will assist development of the support team and manage the day to day office workload.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the Sales Support team, ensuring full engagement from all team members resulting in achievement of the business sales strategy and objectives.

Develop and manage a robust administration system overseeing all aspects of the sales process.

Manage workflow whilst driving forward individual skills and developing the Sales Support team. Supporting the team in their day to day roles by offering administrative support and assistance with procedures, paperwork and processes.

Close interaction with internal departments to assist with customer and business queries.

Provide analytical support to understand current issues and assist with resolutions in a timely manner.

Produce timely and insightful reporting and Management Information.

Support and develop supplier and OEM relationships.

Monitor suppliers to ensure they meet our Service Level Agreements.

To ensure the office complies with the laid down procedures.

To be conversant with the business and the products it offers.

Work with the Head of Sales to manage customer onboarding requirements for sales support.

Attend customer and supplier visits where required.

What are we looking for?
Strong ability to manage a team effectively and motivating employees to deliver the highest standard of work.

Record of effective and developed administration experience.

Excellent interpersonal verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and with confidence with both customers and multiple stakeholders

A passion for administration and highly computer literate with experience and proficiency with standard Microsoft tools and applications.

Strong organisation, time management and planning skills and good attention to detail.

Co-operative, enthusiastic, and supportive team player.

The ability to work effectively, be self-motivated and committed to exceeding our customers' expectations.
