Location: Wiltshire - Face to Face deliverySalary: up to GBP35,000 (Dependent upon experience)Type: Full time and permanentCriteria:Our client can support the successful candidate through the Assessors award and PTLLS/AET teaching qualification if this is required.

• Must hold strong occupational competency in the Technical engineering side of FLT such as; Engines, Hydraulics and Electrics - specifically repair and maintenance.
• Ideally hold an Assessors award; D32/D33, A1, TAQA or CAVA - not essential
• Ideally hold PTLLS qualification or equivalent - not essential
• Confident with the delivery/embedding of Functional Skills English and Maths to level 2.
• Confident to deliver or have experience of delivering training to groups of learners.

Duties include:

• Plan and deliver group based engaging training sessions to Apprentices undertaking an FLT Engineer Technician Apprenticeship Standard at Level 3.
• Embed and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English as required.
• Identify and assess the needs of learners, overcome any barriers to learning and adapt course content and delivery style to meet these needs.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner s needs.

• Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
• Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
