Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing company based in Ilkeston, we are looking to recruit an Administrator to join the business through an exciting time of growth. This is 3 month FTC which will serve as an amazing developmental opportunity for the right candidate.

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Responding to incoming queries by email and telephone in a professional and friendly manner, referring these over to the relevant member of staff where required.
Accurately maintaining databases and digital records
Providing administrative support to the engineering department including scheduling engineers, uploaded documents and closing out work orders
Creating purchase orders and monitoring
Further administrative duties as and when required.

Requirements for Administrator:

Experience working in a fast paced, customer facing role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work unsupervised and under your own initiative, prioritising tasks to maintain an efficient flow of work.
Well established administration and IT skills.
