This is a new opportunity for an Infrastructure Support Analyst to join a long-established, highly profitable UK company who can offer long term stability and a defined career development path.
This role would suit an ambitious and energetic individual who has experience in migrating existing on-premise solutions into Microsoft s 365.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
Assisting in migrating on-premise IT systems to Office 365, Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Monitoring and analysing system activities to ensure maximum performance,
Analysing system usage to plan for growth
Creating/maintaining documentation relating to system configuration.
Ensuring on-going system availability,
Providing second line support for an internal service desk and end users if required,
Evaluating documented resolutions and analyse trends for ways to prevent issues reoccurring.
Key skills required:
Strong Microsoft Windows Server and cloud skills
Experience in the deployment or migration into a cloud platform, preferably Office 365
Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint Online administration
Experience in server maintenance, monitoring, capacity planning and patching
Any computer network skills (routing/switching/VPN) is of advantage, however not essential
