Role
The Service Administrator will predominantly be dealing with data / information relating to service contracts and sales on behalf or our client and managing, entering, organising and actioning data via SAP software to ensure workflows are progressing. Responsible for supporting the general administration of the UK field service team. Processing and maintaining Service Orders, Sales Orders, and Service Contracts. Responsible for Dispatching Service orders and parts to Field Service Technicians. Responsible for coordination of field service replenishment orders the role involves data input and processing. SAP is key and additional experience with JDE technology would be ideal.
Applicant
Sound knowledge of MS Office applications - SAP (process specific training provided) is essential
Experience with JDE advantageous
Able to read and write in English
Good communication skills and Customer-oriented presence
Flexibility and fast comprehension
Able to quickly gain comprehension of Vyaire products and processes
Personal initiative and sense of responsibility
Friendly, open-minded and of good moral character
Good teamwork abilities
Resilience and high level of self-motivation
