Job Title: Administrative Assistant 6 Month FTC
Location: Treherbert
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 p/a

As the Administrative Assistant you will, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service by supporting the factory with various administrative tasks.
What you will be doing:
Monitoring Email inboxes, inputting information onto our internal computer system accurately, passing details to the relevant person and acknowledging receipt.
Answering incoming calls and making notes, delivering a high standard of customer service.
Ensuring queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Supporting the shop floor and issuing paperwork.
General office administrative tasks including post and deliveries, stationary orders
What we are looking for:
Previous administration experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage workload effectively, being highly organised.
Proven administration skills, with competent use of IT including Microsoft packages.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
