In this role You'll:
Support the Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facilities providing Validation support as required, working with the Regional Supply Heads to support global manufacturing, Technical and Engineering strategies
Lead management of the teams across the site that maintain the current Validation status and ensures CAPEX projects are delivered complaint with the latest Validation standards
Manage projects within budgets and deadlines to ensure implementation of supply\Validation strategy
Ensure a consistent approach is adopted for all Validation related activities by coaching, supporting and leading by example
Be responsible for a team of up to 5 people across the site
You ll succeed because
You have In-depth knowledge and experience of Validation standards
Line management experience
Knowledge of UK, EU and FDA standards and legislation
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence
High level of Technical skill and understanding of material properties and processing technologies
