The job scope will involve working with telescopic boom conveyors, telescopic roller loaders, and mobile loaders.
The selected applicant will be expected to conduct planned conveyor maintenance and preventative maintenance. Previous expertise with conveyor equipment electrical and mechanical fault detection is desired but not required because the company will provide full training on their equipment and software to complete technical reports.
Primary Responsibilities: Day to day, complete planned works as directed by the Call Desk Accurately record and report all activities using the related documents provided by the customers and the company Effectively respond to customer escalations with urgency to resolve their problems Responsibly manage the company vehicle, tools, and stock provided Prepare and produce technical reports for internal and external usage, as well as quotes. Lastly, Ensure that all obligations under health and safety regulations, as well as needed quality guidelines, are met.
Essential:
Full UK Driving Licence
Engineering Qualification with electrical bias preferred
