At LTE Group we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Building Services Supervisor to join the Facilities Team on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

What the Building Services Supervisor role entails.

To support the Service Manager Buildings and the Director of Facilities by coordinating the facilities maintenance function and effective running of the LTE Groups Facilities building maintenance services on time and in budget. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and contractor works to ensure all buildings have maximum serviceability at all times.

To be accountable to the Service Manager Buildings and the Director of Facilities. Responsible and having in depth knowledge of the following services to enable you to drive & inspire proactive supervision of appropriate staff and contractors with appropriate qualifications, ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety. Building Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Legionella and Emergency Light compliance services to LTE Group's units with the primary contact being the Service Manager Buildings, LTE Group's service teams and other professionals as required.

To assist the Service Manager Buildings and Director of Facilities in managing the Maintenance Team in the estate management and compliance of buildings and grounds.

Developing and managing effective planned maintenance programmes using TOPdesk.

Manage reactive maintenance workloads to ensure SLA targets are adhered to.

Inspect sites and works regularly to identify problems and any necessary Maintenance required.

The skills and experience required for the role of Building Services Supervisor include:

Building / associated trade related qualification to level 3

IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent

MEWP and PASMA certificates

Proven record and knowledge of practical Building / Electrical Maintenance and HVAC systems

Ability to produce and manage Planned Maintenance Programmes

Previous supervisory experience

Ability to supervise Emergency Light testing and Legionella monitoring
