A leading and fast-growing, international hospitality firm require an enthusiast Office Manager on a part-time basis 5 days a week-Mon to Thurs office-based Friday working from home.
Responsible for the day to day running of the London Office
Maintain office supplies inventory
Checking and approving invoices
Manage contracts for Office Equipment
Ability to multitask and to work to tight deadlines
Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Intermediate to advanced within the MS office Suite
Setting up of new starters via SharePoint
Co-ordinate the social calendar and organise social events for the office
