Blue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for Site Managers to work for one of our clients based in South Wales.
The successful candidates must have extensive new house building + refurb experience, willing to work in a fast passed company.
Brief Job Spec
Review own project build programmes weekly and control the programme.
To be professionally structured by control of quality stage sign off process with the population of stage QA paperwork
The ability to work off own initiative and self-snag with the contractors at key stage intervals of the build.
Good communication skills
Good IT skills working with: Microsoft, Outlook, Asta, Excel, Microsoft Teams
