We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Care Compliance officer to join our team here at iBC Healthcare.

Our Head Office is based in Leicester but we can consider applications from all locations as the successful candidate will be required to visit our locations in Birmingham and High Peak.

Contract : Full-Time, permanent contract.

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 base salary depending on experience.

Hours: 40 hours a week, full time role, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will:
Be responsible for auditing and monitoring a number of care portfolios, under the guidance of the Quality and Compliance Manager. Analysing information in detail, simulating CQC s Key Lines of Enquiry and risk-based methodology before reporting on overall compliance.

To work as part of the Quality and Compliance team in in providing support to service managers with expertise in compliance.

Working alongside the Quality and Compliance Manager to contribute to the identifying, developing and issuing of new procedures, guidance and policies relating the successful delivery and continuous improvement of services in meeting quality standards

Main duties of this role:
Provide support to the Quality and Compliance Manager in conducting Key Quality Audits at all site locations in line with CQC requirements and to support managers to achieve full compliance.

Recording and reporting findings in line with the company s compliance systems and follow up with management to ensure the issues are rectified.

To support the Quality and Compliance manager to drive forward tailor-made action plans; where once complete, offer ongoing maintenance support of good/outstanding care quality and compliance.

Keeping up to date with latest regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements relating to quality standards, systems, and processes

Analysis and collating of positive outcomes from services and to ensures records and reports are meticulous, maintaining an audit trail of decisions, actions and outcomes

Provide updates and share advice, guidance, and practice to local managers on CQC standards.

To review appropriate documentation, procedures, policies as directed by your line manager.

To assist the Quality and Compliance Manager in ensuring that iBC Health Care Policies and Procedures, CQC standards and Health and Safety requirements are adhered to

To record and communicate to others the wishes and needs of service users where appropriate. Facilitate the service users in decision making, promoting choice and involvement.

Performing routine risk assessments to help services understand compliance risk, scope and significance.

Assist in the gathering of information internally in response to requests by regulatory organisations.

Performing administrative tasks such as file creation and maintaining files of ongoing projects.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience in the Health and Social Care sector

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance

Experience of audit processes

Exemplify strong knowledge of industry protocols and best practices
