Personal Assistant/ Project Administrator
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with excellent administrative skills?
Then this is the role for you!
OA have partnered with this established and nationally renowned client to recruit for a Personal Assistant/Project Administrator.

Key Skills:
• Good skills with Outlook, Excel, Word and other MS programs.
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Strong willingness to assist where possible
• Excellent communication skills with other team members
• Friendly can-do attitude towards work
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good telephone manner
• Able to use initiative
• Able to demonstrate discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
Requirements:
• Desirable administration experience (min 2 years)
• Previous or current experience with PA/EA -related duties including diary management
• Fire Marshall and First Aid trained desirable but not essential
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant/Office Manager
The Job:
Provide secretarial and administrative support for MK directors including diary management
Preparation and processing of all contractual documentation including printing/ binding/ issuing
Managing incoming post, correspondence and telephone calls
Processing of invoices and raising Purchase Orders via accounts system
Supporting admin tasks via an internal documentation system
Office Manager duties including incoming calls/office-related ordering, managing and maintaining meeting rooms
Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as and when they arrive duties
