To be passionate about teaching children
Teamwork, able to work with others in a professional setting

Have a good understanding of classroom management and how to promote this through to the pupils
Excellent communication skills working across different age groups
Ability to create engaging lessons according to the curriculum and pupils needs
Have some basic understanding on Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Patient, caring, flexible, teamwork and empathetic approach
