(Start September 2022 or sooner)

Full Time – 37 hours per week

Salary: PO3A P35-38 (£39,571 - £42,614) fte

Salary may be negotiable for exceptional candidates with wider experience

Location/ Base: Marleigh Primary School (with Flexibility)

Anglian Learning is a high-performing multi-academy trust which has grown significantly over the last two years with a new primary school, north of Cambridge airport, opening in 2022. The Trust currently supports 6 secondary and 9 primary schools, educating over 7,000 pupils and employing more than 900 staff.

The Vacancy

This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for a CIPD qualified HR professional to join a growing Multi Academy Trust and to make a difference to the education received by young people in our care.

You would join a small central team of HR staff who are committed to providing the best HR advice and service across the Trust and work with HR teams in our schools. 

This varied role would involve

  • leading and advising school management on a variety of employee casework across Anglian Learning schools,
  • supporting the development and management of HR policies, implementing procedures, and providing solution focused guidance,
  • supporting on the implementation of chosen HR software
  • the provision of additional HR resources across Anglian Learning schools
  • supporting the professional development of Anglian Learning HR teams
