Finishing Manager
Our client is one of the countries leading constructors of Student living accommodation in the U.K.
They have a GBP20m project to deliver in Leeds by September 2023 and are looking to bring into the management team and experienced finishing manager, ideally from time served background. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience of finishing management works with major project accommodation experience within their portfolio.
If the successful individual assists to deliver this project on time and to standard , they will be offered a further two years f work on a similar project in Yorkshire thereafter.
Must have CSCS and health and safety
