Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a successful Utilities business, based in Chesterfield, to find Customer Service professionals to sit within the Customer Operations team. They offer fantastic progression opportunities as a business, hybrid working and free parking when in the office. They pay a bonus of up to 12.5% in addition to the generous salary.As a Customer Service team member within the operations team, your duties will include, but are not limited to:-Speaking to B2B customers on a daily basis by phone and email and providing an excellent level of customer service throughout-Resolving any queries, and troubleshooting where needed-Updating in-house system to ensure customer information correct, reporting where necessary-Maintaining strong relationships with customers and taking full ownership of each issue from start to finish-You will also be involved in debt collection process, chasing late payments and liaising with 3rd party debt collectors where needed-General administrative duties will be requiredSuitable attributes for a Customer Service Team member include but are not limited to:-Excellent customer service skills, the ability to be both firm and empathetic where needed-Ideally you will have experience within Utilities, Energy or Waste industries, or something -Experience in Credit control will also be useful but is not essentialElevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
