With a starting salary of GBP23,500 rising to GBP25,500 after probation simply for your doing your job, we are recruiting for the UKs favourite finance broker, joining a company that is a leader in their field, looking to grow and expand their already large sales team.
Your role as a Secured Loan Advisor will enable you to earn an OTE of GBP40,000 as well as uncapped bonus, you will be joining an organisation whose directors have a combined 175 years of experience that have created a workplace that people thrive in. Responsibilities of a Secured Loan Advisor:
Focused on conducting high quality regulated outbound sales calls ensuring the customer goes on to obtain the product they require.
Measured against several KPIs to ensure targets are met.
Contacting existing customers advising on the most appropriate and suitable solution.
An ideal person would for the Secured Loan Advisor would be:
Somebody who has proven experience of outbound sales and ability of closing deals with a range of products
Experience of working in roles such as Outbound Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Mortgage Advisor, Loan Executive or similar
Educated to GCSE level
Experience of successfully working towards targets.
Being able to respond quickly to training and putting those actions into practise.
