We are searching for an Administrator to take on a fantastic opportunity in one of the prisons we are supporting based in Rugby.
Role Details:
- Full Time- 37 Hours Per Week
- Working hours 8am-5pm (Finish at 12pm on a Friday!)
- GBP18935.08 Salary

Role Responsibilities:
- Collect and input data accurately and within given deadlines
- Provide word-processed documents, reports and data as required
- Communicate appropriately with internal and external stakeholders and college staff
- Contribute to learner accreditation processes as appropriate.
- Purchase and order resources where appropriate as approved.
- Complete office duties as required
- Proactive and constructive contribution to the department s meetings and planning process
The Ideal Candidate:
- To hold or be willing to gain qualifications at Level 2 in literacy, numeracy and ICT within agreed timescales
- Experience of efficient administration within a busy office environment
- Experience of maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based data recording systems
- Gain, hold and maintain a clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
