As a key member of the Head Office team, this is an office based role, reporting to Head of Quality, Audit & Certification Services.
Purpose of the role
Work under the direction of the Head of Quality, Audit & Certification Services to implement and improve quality of procedures and systems.
Support the Head of Quality, Audit & Certification Services on meeting Members' requirements, monitoring Members satisfaction and developing/maintaining a member-focused culture within the organisation.
Act as quality representative.
Work towards readiness for successful ISO9001 &17024 certification.
Ensure set objectives are achieved.
Monitor and drive completion of quality and related actions.
Involvement in quality non conformities resolution.
Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of tasks and
Perform internal audits and involvement in other 3rd party related
Prepare data for Quality Management reviews and follow up of improvement actions.

Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement across global operations.
Keep the quality related records accurate and up to date.
Assessing service specifications and member
Ensuring conformance with applicable national and international standards.
Work with the lnternational's Sub Committees (HSE, Training &ESC).
Adherence to in-house performance standards and
The control, implementation and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive quality policies, processes and procedures.
Working methodically to, and working towards the establishment of a clearly defined management system that all staff can
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation in the management system.
Collating and analysing performance data to defined parameters.
Collation of data required for management review
Drafting technical and management system reports and collation of data for review
Coordinate the internal audit
Providing training to the relevant stakeholders on quality-related projects.
Working closely with other departments to establish quality related metrics, identify performance improvement opportunities and implementation on

Demonstrable experience of similar
Demonstrable experience in quality management

Demonstrable experience in implementation of Document

Undergraduate or degree in any related
