Housing Officer

Morgan Hunt are currently looking for a Housing Officer in Exeter. This role is a 3-month opportunity to start as soon as possible with the potential to extend.

The main purpose of the role is to deliver a comprehensive, high-performing housing management service to tenants and residents in temporary accommodation, including tackling anti-social behaviour.

Responsibilities of an Housing Officer:

• Tenancy & neighbourhood managements as well as, tackling ASB
• To co-ordinate the use and management of temporary accommodation and property managed under the Social Lettings Agency
• To inspect all properties and neighbourhoods in a defined area on a regular basis and to act upon any issues arising from these inspections
• Establish relationships with tenants to advise them and act as a point of contact for lettings queries and future housing options.

Location: Exeter

Salary: GBP19.50-22 LTD per Hour

Contract: 3-month Contract with potential to extend

Working schedule: Hybrid
