The Role
We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse on a full/part time basis to join our team at Provost Vets in St Andrews. We are a 1st opinion small animal team that is passionate about providing excellent veterinary care to our patients.

At Provost Vets we support and encourage career progression whilst also protecting a positive and happy work/life balance. The role would involve a combination of nurse clinics, dentals, diagnostic imaging, ward and theatre nursing, we plan our rota around staff interests and skills.
Rota:
Up to 40 hours per week (across 5 days but would consider 4 days and part time hours also considered)
1:4 Weekends which consists of Saturday (8:30am-5:00pm) working alongside a vet and receptionist on consults, TOIL for the following Friday so you get a long weekend after your weekend on
Closed on Sundays
No OOH
Salary
Up to GBP27,000 negotiable D.O.E
Relocation allowance of up to GBP5,000
About Us
We are located in the beautiful seaside town of St Andrews with 2 branches in the local area. The practice is well-equipped with high standard facilities including 2 surgical theatres, dental suite, digital and dental x-ray, endoscopy, Imotek ultrasound machine and in-house lab. We have designated cat, dog and isolation wards and we are proud to be a Cat Friendly Clinic. Our current team consists of 6 vets, 6 nurses and 6 receptionists.

St. Andrews is a seaside town northeast of Edinburgh, on Scotland s east coast. It's known for its many golf courses, including the Old Course. Its also known for its historic university, medieval streets and gorgeous traditional buildings. The town is filled with exciting things to see and do, from St Andrews Cathedral to nearby Scotland s Secret Bunker, so you won t be short on places to visit. Located half an hour from Dundee and less than two hours from Edinburgh & Glasgow.
Applicant Requirements
Must be RCVS registered, we can consider experienced/newly qualified/soon to be qualified RVN s for this role as full support and training will be provided. Further certification and career progression can be supported.
