Role: Senior Support Engineer
Location: Bromley, North East Kent
Salary: GBP40,000-GBP45,000

As a Senior Engineer in the escalations team with this IT Solutions & Support company, you ll play a key role in providing support & consultancy to a wide variety of clients across a range of technical platforms.
Your varied role will include building and configuring Servers, Network Infrastructure, Applications and Cloud infrastructure in Azure/365.
You will resolve escalated IT issues remotely, on the phone or sometimes on site, no two days will be the same.
Alongside the Project Co-ordinators you will also have the opportunity to be involved with a variety of interesting project work for client.
You ll have a tailored onboarding, training and progression plan from day one, meaning their support will match your ambition
HERE S WHAT YOU LL NEED:
You ll be an 2nd/3rd Line Engineer with a strong background in support with experience in:
Configuring and troubleshooting customer requirements and support issues in a changing Server, Storage, Application and Networking environment
Windows (Apply online only) server active and extensive knowledge in support and troubleshooting
Active Directory installation, and troubleshooting on premise, or Virtual
Azure Services, Azure platform, Intune and office365 support
Exchange (Apply online only) support , and troubleshooting, (including migration between versions)
Windows Server build, configuration and troubleshooting
Virtualisation (VMware vSphere5.5/6) administration and troubleshooting
Back up strategies, anti-virus and a good understanding of basic networking
