We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage a Residential Service for young people with EBD in Truro, Cornwall.
Registered Manager responsibilities include:
The daily running of the homes
Staff management
Budgets
Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times
Compliance with all current legislation relating
The successful candidate must have:
2 Years management experience within young people s services
An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5
Excellent working knowledge of children s homes national minimum standards and the Children s Act 2010
