About the Opportunity
At Studio Retail Limited we are constantly evolving & transforming, and we now an exciting opportunity for a Training Officer to join our Financial Services Team based at our Clayton Operation.
Reporting to our Training Manager you will design, deliver and maintain up to date, compliant and effective training solutions that meet the priority needs of the FS & CS departments as set by the overall training plan, ensuring that learning meets the agreed success criteria and positive learner experience.
We are looking for someone who can
Execute the delivery of training priorities and plans for Financial & Customer Services
Reviewing and designing effective and compliant training materials and collateral
Delivering effective training solutions and learner experience to meet standards and expectations
Managing and monitoring the performance of trainees whilst in training
Contributing to and supporting key projects and changes from a training perspective
You ll need the following:
Good working knowledge of financial & customer services regulatory, compliance and governance standards and expectations (e.g. TCF, FCA, Data Protection)
Proven track record of successful training delivery that meet the needs of the business
Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
Ability to deliver when faced with conflicting and changing priorities
Is delivery and customer focussed
Ability to manage conflict and knows when to escalate
Self-motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a wider team
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
IT literate
