This position is a 12 Month FTC with the potential to extend - it's largely remote working

Harvey Nash are delighted to be working with our renowned client to recruit a resilient and proactive Change Analyst with a depth of experience in Change Management. The right candidate will join our clients Business Analysis Community, and the position will sit within our clients People and Transformation Directorate. This fantastic opportunity would initially be on a 12-month fixed term contract, although there is the potential for this to be extended. As for the practicalities, this role will allow you to work remotely with only occasional travel to Glasgow required.

Our client is working through a programme of transformation, and their Change Analysts work closely with other business teams to identify the impacts of implementing new processes and solutions whilst determining the steps required to support the successful implementation of their new, global, Customer Relationship Management solution. You will be part of our clients Business Analysis and Change community and you will have ample opportunity to improve how our client delivers change, whilst also playing a role in building the reputation of the Analysis community.

Candidates MUST meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:

  • Extensive experience working in Change Management and providing expert change analyst services
  • Experience planning and leading change impact assessments, identifying and quantifying impacts, risks and issues
  • Experience identifying key BAU processes impacted by change ensuring "as is" and "to be" states are mapped to the required standard
  • Knowledge of conducting and verifying post implementation reviews to ensure change has been implemented and benefits realised
  • Able to prepare and facilitate project/programme meetings as required
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Experience of employing a diverse range of business analysis best practices, procedures and tools
  • Experience of business process mapping using BMPN 2.0
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate changes to a variety of stakeholders
  • Familiar with MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Miro, whilst ideally being familiar with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
