Service Desk Analyst, IT Support Analyst, Oxford, GBP125 pd Outside IR35
An experienced IT Support Analyst, Support Engineer is urgently needed on an initial 6 months contract to join a leading company based in Oxford. As the Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing high quality 1st/2nd line support to my clients user base whilst taking ticket ownership and either resolving or escalating where necessary.
This position has been deemed outside IR35 and the position will be onsite full time in Oxford.
As the IT Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst you will ideally have the following experience and skill sets:
- Experience providing high quality 1st/2nd line support over the phone, face to face and via email
- Experience working with a ticketing system
- A familiarity with Office365 and Windows 10, AD
- Experience or knowledge with any networking technologies highly beneficial
