About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join an enthusiastic team supporting the department in our SOCOTEC Certification sector with the UK's number one testing, inspection and compliance company.
Client focused and quality driven, we are a leading provider of management systems certification. Now we need an Administration assistant to be responsible for undertaking various administration processes, supporting both the Business Development Manager and Accounts Manager.
Your challenge will include:
- Raising contracts to new client
- Upload signed contracts into the company portal
- Logging and reporting new sales leads, and enquiries
- Follow up outstanding actions with UK and Overseas clients
- Receive and upload audit reports for review
- Certification printing
- Assisting in the resolution of issues raised as a result of a review process.
- Maintaining invoice log, issuing sales ledger invoices to UK clients, and posting onto SAGE
- Processing purchase ledger invoices on to SAGE
- Credit control
- Assisting with general Finance administration
About you:
We're looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work alone and as part of a team. Communicative, organised, flexible and committed and you must have a can-do attitude. You must also have:
- Able to work well as part of a team or on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Good all round IT skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience using SAGE preferred but not essential
- Some purchase ledger/sales ledger desirable
