We have an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment undertaking a variety of tasks as part of the Investigation and Enforcement Team and are seeking a hardworking/proactive Investigation and Enforcement Assistant with administrative skills to provide a wide range of effective administrative support.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake casework tasks such as organising hearing dates, preparation and distribution of Tribunal Hearing bundles, liaising with witnesses, preparing correspondence and drafting letters.

Tasks include maintaining manual and electronic records, updating databases and handling enquiries from internal and external bodies by telephone, letter and email.

We are seeking candidates who can provide dependable administrative support to a high standard. Excellent IT, communication and organisational skills and essential is the ability to work under pressure and demonstrate close attention to detail. Whilst using your initiative and being proactive in your approach is important, having a knowledge of the legal profession is desirable with a minimum educational standard of GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).. If you have experience of supporting similar regulatory or legal processes this would be an advantage.
