Salary package: ???32,000 - ???35,000 DOE
The ideal candidate is a Chef, Deli Manager or Deli Supervisor with an interest in gaining fresh food management experience. If you are an experienced Chef/Deli Manager seeking daytime hours and a better, work/life balance, this is the job for you.
Responsibilities of this Deli Manager job include:
Overseeing the daily running of the Fresh Food department
Creating exciting new gourmet lunches and dinners
Ensuring HACCP and Food Safety requirements are met
Costing and planning menus
Requirements of this Fresh Food Manager job include:
Previous food preparation experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Excellent knowledge of HACCP protocols
Can commute to our client's store in West Cork
