Salary - GBP25,000 p/a
Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer/make incoming/outgoing calls
- Administrative support to the wider Sales team
- Encourage customers to buy products by using a prepared script
- Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchased products
- Update database with new information every time there is customer interaction, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information.
- Update sales forecasts monthly, to maintain high service levels to our customers
- Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company
- Track performance vs contract, to ensure we have the correct information to manage stocks effectively as well as tracking & flagging contract renewal dates
- Report any necessary changes to processes that will boost productivity and efficiency and cut back on wasted costs
- General sales support for range reviews, samples, meetings, presentations etc
Experience required:
- Previous, demonstratable experience within a customer orientated role
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel knowledge
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
