Our client has an immediate start need for a Service Desk Analyst.
This is back fill for one of the team on long term intermittent sickness. They need to be an experienced service desk analyst used to taking business user calls and providing 1st line support.
It is a hybrid role based on 2 days in the office and 3 days at home although in September they are having an office refurbishment so it will all be homebased during that month
