MS Dynamics AX Support Analyst is required by a wholesaler in the hospitality space paying up to GBP50k. Based in the Central London Head Office, you will support the UK sites and get involved with Dynamics AX rollouts, reporting, support and maintenance for internal staff for 1st and 2nd Line issues and alongside a Managed Service Provider for and 3rd Line Issues.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently using MS Dynamics AX 2012 as you be sat between the finance and IT department and become the Dynamics Guru. You will also work alongside the MSP to help streamline and improve user experience, test the system before going live, and train users on new updates and features.
Skills Required:
- Dynamics AX 2012 R3
- Experience training users on the platform
- Understanding Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger information
- A good technical background to support users issues so some experience with Azure and cloud-based Servers would be highly advantageous.
