Internal Recruiter - Permanent - Hybrid working - up to GBP35,000 - Chester based

My client is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Internal Recruiter who will support the full recruitment cycle by working closely with the branch network, sourcing new recruits, and providing an accurate and efficient service through various recruitment focussed tasks.

Main Duties include:

  • Take detailed briefings from hiring managers to fully understand their requirements and vacancies
  • Source, pre-screen, shortlist and refer best qualified candidates for high volumes of vacant positions
  • Successfully target passive candidates and headhunt industry talent.
  • Support Hiring Managers by conducting branch visits where required to understand hard-to-fill recruitment needs and support interviews
  • Manage the offer process verbally to candidates and ensure liaising with the Talent Assistant on all offer information
  • Manage recruitment queries from internal and external candidates
  • Work with preferred external agency partners to support with CV submissions
  • Liaise with hiring managers during the interview process whilst providing insightful and useful feedback to candidates
  • Develop a pipeline of potential talent externally and maintain the ATS system
  • Interact with active candidates and headhunt talent via LinkedIn and CV database searching
  • Attend seminars and conferences to keep recruitment knowledge up to date
  • Assist the Talent Manager on assigned departmental projects

Working hours:40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, working alternate weekly hours; 8:00am til 4:30pm / 8:30am - 5:00pm / 9:00am til 5:30pm

About You

The ideal candidate will have proven recruitment experience, either in house or within an agency; working on high volume, fast-paced recruitment.What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience ideally within a multi-site organisation is advantageous
  • Proficient in the use of social media and sourcing on job boards
  • Can work well under pressure and able to use own initiative
  • Understanding of a variety of selection methods and techniques
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated honest and resilient with a positive attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Tenacious personality with the drive to fulfil vacancy requirements
