Our professional services client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Bristol office on a full time, permanent basis working Monday - Friday 9-5pm. This is a fully office-based role during training, but hybrid is available after you're up to speed!The salary on offer is GBP20,000 per annum.This is a great opportunity to begin your administration career, or move your admin experience to a leading firm, and work as part of a busy team, providing support.The client offers very good company benefits, including:

The Administrative Assistant role:
  • Setting up new matter files electronically on the file management system and accounts system
  • Processing work for the paralegal team and support with basic finance admin work
  • Maintain accurate management and client information
  • Undertake general admin tasks such as filing, scanning, faxing, and photocopying
  • Electronic file bundling, handle confidential information and upload information to client's case management systems
  • Download new matter files from Client's case management system and set up in hard copy and on the electronic file management system
The ideal Administrative Assistant candidate:
  • Ideally you will need relevant office-based administration experience - Previous legal experience would be highly desirable
  • An ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a business to establish credible, meaningful relationships.
  • An aptitude for administration management and processes, with experience of working with document management/case management systems
  • Excellent time management skills within a fast-paced environment are a must with a proactive, professional, and flexible approach to work.
