Wise Employment have an excellent opportunity for an Estate Caretaker/ Cleaner to join our client on a Temporary to Permanent basis.
Full time, 37hrs per week. 7:30am - 4pm. GBP10.50/hour, paid weekly.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone with experience in Estates Caretaking or similar!
As an Estate Caretaker, your duties will include:
Taking care of the internal and external communal areas, car parks. bin areas and flower beds.
Ensuring that all of the above are clean, litter free and well maintained at all times.
To maintain a broad range of cleaning equipment & report any issues to your manager.
Liaise with external contractors to arrange any required remedial works.
General caretaking duties.
As an Estate Caretaker, you will:
Possess a clean Driving Licence and own vehicle.
Possess sound cleaning and caretaking experience, preferrably gained within a social housing environment.
Ability to work independantly and as part of a team.
Ability to plan and manage own workload and prioritise to meet deadlines.
Possess good communication skills, written and verbal.
Have knowledge and exprerience of general cleaning duties.
Be a hard worker with a passion for getting things done.
Have the willingness to work flexibly, outside of normal hours if required.
