This is a great opportunity for a Design Studio Co-ordinator to join the brand marketing team of a leading sporting organisation at an exciting time of change and growth.
As Design Studio Coordinator you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth and efficient running of the Design Studio, working on multiple projects concurrently, and maintaining an overview of projects as they progress through the Studio. There are no direct reports in this role, instead, you will be responsible for coordinating workflow, project planning and liaising with both internal and external clients and suppliers.
This hybrid role, requiring only 1 day on-site, is based in Surrey and the salary on offer is GBP38k. Benefits include - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension scheme with Scottish Widow and a salary sacrifice scheme.
The Role
As the first point of contact for design requests, the Design Studio Coordinator will act as the marketing information desk for any questions coming to the Studio, leading on the management and administration of the Studio budgets, and contributing to the evolution of the Studio's working practices, maintaining a healthy momentum of workflow and project implementation.
The Design team is responsible for a wide range of Creative tasks through the production and delivery of all printed resources, such as adverts, events, hospitality collateral, brochures, signage, and digital projects. The Creative Studio Coordinator will be required to set and traffic resources in the studio team, identify gaps, and where necessary flag possible roadblocks to ensure the smooth running of workflow.
This is an integral role within the studio making sure that briefs are thoroughly understood and managed through weekly forecasting meetings and making sure that deadlines are met, and that design time is allocated correctly.
Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring on brand design collateral, and helping to manage brand approvals and general usage of assets, the Creative Studio Co-Ordinator will also play an important role in helping coordinate and manage the rollout of a planned review of the company's new brand identity at an exciting time of change and growth.
The workflow system currently used is Wrike but experience in Asana, Monday, Click up or a similar process would be desirable.

About You
- You will be a problem-solving, multi-tasking individual with a positive, proactive attitude, and be able to think on your feet to deal with the day-to-day requests which are part of a very busy leading sports organisation.
- The ideal candidate will have several years of practical experience of coordinating work within a fast-paced design studio with extensive understanding and experience of design processes for print, spatial and digital design. Experience of the industry sector is not required although would be beneficial of course.
- You will be a great communicator, with excellent listening and organisation skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to schedule and manage numerous multidisciplinary projects simultaneously with confidence.
- This is a busy role in a fast-paced environment so you will be calm and collected, resilient and adaptable, and be passionate about organisation and project management with the ability to manage a wide range of projects in a fun but busy environment.
