Senior MS Engineer, 3rd Line, Maidenhead, Berkshire

Microsoft Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Office 365, etc. Role can be based out of Abingdon or Maidenhead and you will be required to go to the office 3 days per week and can work from home 2 days per week. GBP50000- 55000 + benefits.

Well respected company is looking for a skilled Microsoft 3rd Line Engineer to join their team. With excellent Windows Server design and delivery skills you will be responsible for 3rd Line Support (c 70% of the role) and project based work (c 30% of the time)

Tasks to include

3rd Line Infrastructure Support of MS focused technologies.
Technical design and delivery of a range of MS focused projects using your strong MS skills which must include excellent knowledge of Windows Server (2) and Office 365.
Work with internal business stakeholders to deliver Support and Administration across the group.
Own and deliver projects, escalated queries and technical projects.

The following skills and experience are required -

Strong 3rd Line Support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2)
Good understanding of the following - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange/Office 365, Virtualisation, Back-Up Solutions, LAN/WAN administration
Basic knowledge of Azure or AWS would be an advantage.

For this role you will be required to go to the office three days per week and work from home for two. The client has offices in Abingdon and Maidenhead and you can be based from either of these offices.
