The roles of customer service executive will involve:
- Receiving inbound calls from customers answering queries, providing feedback
- Arranging appointments for repairs and engineer visits
- Offering advice on products and website navigation
- Taking payments over the phone and arranging deliveries
- Responding to customer emails in a timely manner
- Following up with customers to ensure an excellent customer journey and experience
- Use of internal CRM Systems and MS Office
The ideal candidate for the role of customer service executive:
- Previous telephone-based customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Use of MS Office
