Working in partnership, my client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Sales Coordinator who is passionate about building long term business relationships with their customers. This is a busy and fast paced role where you will be liaising with internal and external contacts, ensuring a hands-on approach to processing orders and tracking deliveries.

The role:

  • First point of contract for all queries
  • Receiving and processing customer orders
  • Liaising with relevant departments to ensure deadlines are met
  • Responding to incoming enquiries via email
  • Meeting daily deadlines
  • Liaising with customers via telephone, email, and order processing
  • Raising complaint escalations to team leaders when required
  • Running reports
  • Meeting and achieving set KPI's

Person specification:

  • Previous customer service / sales experience is essential
  • Professional and polite telephone manner
  • Pro-active and engaging approach
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

*Due to the location of the client, having your own transport would be beneficial*
