Customer Service Team Leader
Activate Learning now have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our established Advice and Admissions Team at Banbury and Bicester College.
As the Advice Centre Team Leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our Campus Reception and Advice Centre at our Banbury Campus, where visitors receive a warm welcome, access relevant information and advice, and are delighted by the whole customer experience.
You will supervise and develop the reception, advice centre and student crew staff to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience that raises the reputation of Activate Learning and sets it apart from other providers.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
You will be highly motivated individual with experience of leading or supervising a team in a customer-facing role.
With a strong track record of high performance in a customer service or advice and admissions team, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complaints professionally, motivate your team and build good relationships with faculty and group service departments.
