Are you an experienced Administrator with strong finance or software knowledge looking for a new part-time challenge?
Our client is an award winning, Legal 500 ranked, full service law firm and they are growing fast! They are looking to recruit a Part-Time Finance Administrator to work within their Corporate & Commercial team, to assist the processing of all monies in, and payments out of their Escrow client account.
The company are based in Camberley, Surrey and are looking for someone to work 20-25 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Carrying out know your client checks and anti-money laundering checks
- Reconcile the funds received ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing or stock issues
- Run on-boarding process for clients
- Day to day liaison with main clients
The ideal candidate will have:
- Data entry skills
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and software
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Customer service orientation
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Financial services background preferred (but not required)
