This company are always looking for ways of developing their products and services and ensuring staff use the latest techniques and software.This is a varied role where you will work closely with the other senior team leader and 2 junior team leaders as you manage a team of 12 and ensure all KPIs are hit, improve manufacturing processes and ensure compliance and HSEQ regulation is being followed. This role would suit a Team leader from a Manufacturing background looking for a site based position within a highly skilled team where you will be responsible for production and management of a team in a role where you can supplement your earnings through a bonus.
