Senior Research Manager

Bristol

GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 + benefits

3 days in the office/2 remote

New opportunity for a talented Research Manager to join one of the South West's leading market research agencies.

You'll already have similar experience in a research role gained ideally within an agency environment and be ready for progression.

In this position you will be tasked with providing support to the senior management team, as well as contributing across the board from proposal development to delivery of actionable insights and strategy.

You will be working on a range of quantitative projects, spanning regional brands to FTSE 100 / global companies.

This role is key to the team, working and managing clients on a wide range of projects using an array of methodologies. Projects are varied in nature, and can be quite complex, so a thorough understanding of methodologies and processes is a must, and a working knowledge of Decipher and Q or Display R would be an advantage.

You'll need to be well-versed in quantitative techniques and analysis, with client handling skills and the ability to "pull out the story" from the research.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. 25 days holiday, plus Bank holidays and a full development programme. As well as the opportunity to work in a fun, friendly and creative environment.

This is a great opportunity for a Researcher looking to further their experience and career in market research with the desire to grow.

More about Moxie and Mettle.

Moxie and Mettle is a UK-based recruitment company; our clients are based in the UK too. Although many clients offer remote working as an option, there is still a need to regularly visit company offices and clients in the UK. Therefore, applications from overseas are unlikely to be successful, unless applicants already have plans to be in the UK several times a month/year to facilitate meetings with both the teams and clients.
