Title: Territory Administrator

Salary: GBP27,000 - GBP29,000

Location: Camberley

Hybrid working: Yes, hybrid role - 3 days in the office, 2 from home

We are looking for analytical minded, calm, and professional individuals to provide excellent customer care alongside completing a high standard of administration. This position will suit someone who has previous systems experience and who enjoys a heavy workload.

Responsibilities:

• Completing all administration tasks and reports for your assigned territory
• Setting-up and processing orders
• Managing billing information to ensure accounts are invoiced correctly and efficiently
• Communicating with new and existing clients to provide excellent, ongoing customer care
• Creating and implementing processes to improve efficiency and the customer journey

Skills and Experience:

• High level of accuracy for entering data
• Experience of working in account administration and managing relationships
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• A true passion for providing fantastic customer service
• Knowledge of working with CRM platforms
